It offers a fantastic private salt pool, 5.75 m x 2.75 m and 1.2 to 1.65 m deep, surrounded by an artificial lawn, where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers. Afterward, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and head to the porch, perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues prepared in the open air. Then, unwind with a drink while relaxing on the sofas. This is a two-story house. On the main floor, you'll find a living-dining room, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing on the sofa while watching SAT TV, listening to music, or reading, all in the comfort of air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and includes a small table, ideal for a quick breakfast or snack. There are three bedrooms with wardrobes.
