There is a dishwasher, a 5-burner gas stove, a wok burner, and a double hot air oven. The transparent glass gas fire provides an atmospheric partition and a view into the living room. The living room's high ceilings further accentuate the tower's round shape. Delightful relaxing sofas, armchairs, and a private entrance to the garden platform complete the luxurious living area. The first floor is half a floor with a playful children's room with 4 bedsteads (200 x 80 cm) a toy chest and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. On the second to the fourth floor are a total of 6 large double rooms. There are two luxury bathrooms with a walk-in shower, bathtub, bathroom furniture, and toilet. One of the bathrooms even has a comfortable sauna. From the fourth floor, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to the area below the water tank. From there, you can enter the immense water tank. Only then do you experience how much water was once stored in the tank: 300,000 liters. There are windows on all sides, offering an unobstructed view of the surroundings, the city, and even a little bit of the sea. Climb even higher for the meeting room for 12 people and finally, at 36 meters, a unique lookout tower. In the almost industrial basement, there is a fully equipped playroom with Photo Play, Pacman, and billiards, among other things. You can also use the washing machine and dryer located here. Surrounding the water tower is a spacious garden (ca. 800 m2 plot) including a large terrace with plenty of sun and privacy. There is a trampoline for the children. You will also find a large lounge sofa, tables and chairs, a parasol, and a BBQ. There are 5 parking spaces on-site and a charging point for electric and hybrid cars.

The studio is located on the first floor and in a cozy place above a lively shopping street. As soon as you step into the hallway, you enter the living space through the left door. Here, a comfortable couch invites you to relaxing evenings with your favorite series on the television. This space also serves as your bedroom. There is a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and blackout window coverings. You can easily store your clothes and luggage in the spacious wardrobe. At the cozy but compact dining table, suitable for three people, you can enjoy lingering meals or make plans for the next day. And how about cooking yourself? Our kitchen has everything you need: from a hob to an oven, and from a dishwasher to a fridge with a freezer compartment. With the help of the toaster, you can make a delicious toasted sandwich in the morning, and the coffee bean machine and kettle guarantee a perfect cup of coffee or tea. A nice extra feature in this accommodation is the washing machine in the kitchen. So, after a wonderful day at the beach, you can easily freshen up your towels for the next day. Go seal spotting at the rescue brigade station, where the animals regularly poke their heads above water. Climb one of the two lighthouses in the village, discover the rich history of the dikes and the war history in the Polderhuis, or walk 12 kilometers on the sandy beach from Westkapelle to Vlissingen. The seawall offers a typical sight: here the fishermen with their long lines are waiting for a catch and cars, campers and cyclists drive over the asphalt with the waves on one side and the red and white lighthouse on the other. At the end of this dike, where the sandy beach of Domburg begins, is a well-known kitesurfing spot for advanced surfers.

This sheltered, south-facing terrace basks in sunlight and is furnished with a garden table and adjustable chairs.

On the ground floor, the bathroom includes a toilet, sink with a base cabinet, mirror, bathtub, and a separate shower. The washing machine is also located here.

The upper floor features two bedrooms and an additional toilet. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be arranged together as a double bed, while the second bedroom also has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and wardrobes that offer hanging and storage space, as well as blackout curtains for privacy. A foldable cot and high chair are also provided.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two storage closets: one in the hallway containing the central heating boiler, and another in the living room, which serves as a stair cupboard. Bicycles can be secured to a ring located on the terrace by the front door or in the sheltered area at the back of the house. There is one designated parking space available for the house, while additional vehicles can be parked on the streets of Westkapelle, where parking is free. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two allowed.

From the kitchen, you flow seamlessly into the dining area, which seats four. The distinctive beam structure adds charm and leads into the cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a double box spring bed (with two separate mattresses). From this bedroom, you can access a balcony with seating for four. The second bedroom is furnished with two single box spring beds. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and storage space. All windows are fitted with blackout blinds. Private parking is available behind the building.
