It offers 8 km of beautiful sandy beaches, in a protected natural environment with dunes, pine and oak forests. The residence consists of small semi-detached houses with secluded footpaths, at a distance of 800 meters from the large beach, shops and casino. Small houses with two rooms for four people and houses with three rooms for six people are fully equipped with a kitchen corner with ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom or shower with toilet, television for a fee, terrace. All houses have a terrace.The three-room cottage can accommodate six people and has an area of 45 m2. There is a living room with a double bed, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen corner with ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher, a bathroom with bath or shower and a separate toilet. You can use the terrace. Bed linen is available only during the winter season. For an additional fee you can book a baby package with bed, bath and high chair, television, towel set, final cleaning. You pay extra services on location.

Saint-Brevin-les-Pins is located in the area of the Loire-Atlantique, the area near the Loire, in the north-west of France. It is 42 km to Nantes, the capital of the region, for information: Saint-Brevin-les-Pins is 381 km from Paris and 506 km from the port of Calais). Popular places that can visit nearby are Saint-Brevin-les-Pins (1 km) and Pornichet (13 km); Loire Estuaire (6km) and Pointe Sainte-Gildas (13km), both are known as an attraction for their natural beauty.
As a guest you can use a heated outdoor pool, open from June to September, there is play area for children, internet for a fee at the reception and in the apartments, a gym, laundry for a fee, free outdoor parking. Bed linen is only available during the winter season, for an additional fee you can book a baby package with bed, bath and booster seat, television that already exists, towel set and final cleaning. Television is included in the price only during the summer season.
You must pay a deposit and a city tax on arrival and on location. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure or with the post after the inventory. You must leave the accommodation spotlessly clean, if that is not the case, you will only receive a part of the deposit back. Pets are allowed for a fee provided they have a valid vaccination certificate and tattoo, if kept on a leash.

All holiday rentals are equipped with a television.

Dominated by six glaciers and surrounded by mountains, the Val Thorens offers you numerous possibilities such as: sporting walks or hikes through 43 routes of over 300 km in the Vallee des Belleville (Belleville valley), motorcycle rides (with introduction course for beginners) ; 21 mountain bike circuits for all levels in Menuires and Val Thorens, tennis and tennis lessons, adventure trails, in the highest park in Europe, canyoning, climbing and via ferrata, paragliding, horse riding lessons for beginners and fishing. You can also reach the summits of Val Thorens, Menuires and Saint Martin de Belleville, plus the peaks of Caron and Chambre mountains with ski lift.
