The exuberant exterior area of this great country house surprises with its greenery and beauty that charmingly surround the great private water salt pool that, no doubt, will be the main protagonist of your vacation memories in this finca. The pool sizes 12 x 6 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. It is surrounded by a comfortable tiled floor that includes a solarium with 6 sun loungers and two parasols where you can sunbathe or maybe read an interesting book beneath the shade. Next, you have the porch by the house which is perfectly furnished to enjoy your stay outdoors because it offers an exterior dining area as well as a sofa and armchairs where you can enjoy some drinks in the evening. And, into the bargain, the house includes a great barbecue area where you can cook succulent grilled meals that you will enjoy alfresco under the sail awnings. The property is fenced and, although there are nearby neighbors, privacy is total.The beautiful two-storey house emanates comfort thanks to the excellent decoration which is both modern and cozy. The perfect example of this charming style is the great living-dining room that is equipped with air-conditioning and two sofas, a TV-Sat (only German channels), and a beautiful dining table for 8 people. This area leads to a second living room, also with armchairs, a sofa, and a TV-set. The kitchen radiates a lovely rustic style and is equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, a table with chairs maybe for breakfasts, spacious countertops to cook, and an exit to the outside. There are 4 bedrooms for our guests to rest in. One of them is still on the main floor and it has twin beds, air-conditioning, and a closet. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, two of them with twin beds, air-conditioning, and a closet as well as the last one although with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and an exit to a wonderful terrace with incomparable views to the greenery of the fields around. There are three more bathrooms, one downstairs with a shower and two upstairs, both with a tub. In order to complete the equipment, the house features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a baby cot and a high chair.Romantic; Among nature
This beautiful Finca is located in a quiet rural area within the municipality of Costitx. It's the perfect place to make excursions on the island thanks to the central location that allows reaching any point in a reasonable amount of time. The town is only 2.7 km away from the house and it offers basic services like a little supermarket, and some bars and restaurants. Not far away you have Sineu, with more services and the most ancient street market of the island that takes place on Wednesdays. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the one of es Capellans and it is about 30.1 km away. It is an amazing beach of crystal-clear waters and soft golden sand where you can also taste a succulent paella in any of the beach bars over the sand.

The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and 4 electric hot plates. There is a TV with French and some foreign channels as well. Pillows and blankets are available in the apartment. Bed linen should be brought or rented on-site.

The vast pine forests are filled with rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches, with their soft white sand, invite you to relax under the sun, build sandcastles, and swim in the sea. The vineyards of the Massif de la Clape are also a must-visit, offering a chance to sample a variety of local wines in one of the many wine cellars. Activities such as horseback riding, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, discos, cinemas, an amusement park, castles, and festivals provide everything needed for a perfect holiday and all that the Languedoc has to offer!
