It is ideally suited for up to 16 people.This cozy and very well-equipped cottage is suitable for up to 16 people, it consists of two independent apartments and it occupies two floors. Thus you can socialize with your family or friends on holidays while still enjoying your own privacy.
The layout of apartment 1 is as follows:
On the ground floor there is a hall with a separate toilet. The bathroom has a sink and a shower. In the shorter part of the L-shaped living room there is the kitchen with a countertop with two electric burners, a refrigerator with freezer and a microwave. The living room has a table with chairs and a bench along the wall. For those who like to lounge on, there is a settee and a divan, which are not counted as sleeping places. There is satellite TV and there are cabinets. The bedroom on the ground floor has a 2-persons bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a 2-persons bed and one room with two 1-person beds. On the floor there is also an extra bathroom with toilet and sink.

There is a modern kitchen with a dining area and a sofa bed, a kitchen with an electric stove with 4 hot plates and oven. There is a refrigerator with a microwave. Relaxation is almost compulsory in the living room here that has a sofa and a settee, which aren't counted as a sleeping place, and satellite TV. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin and a bedroom with two 1-person beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 2-persons bed and one room with two 1-person beds.

Nearby there are numerous sports you can practice: golf, tennis, fitness in the spa buildings of Jáchymov, swimming in Ostrov nad Ohri (10 km) in a swimming pool complex with three pools, or in the thermal baths at Karlovy Vary (20 km). There is spring water here that has a temperature of 72º C and it sprays 12 meters high. You can walk into the so-called colonnades where the Tsar Peter the Great, Goethe and Beethoven once walked. Or you can go shopping and enjoy the Bohemian crystal and porcelain with the famous "onion pattern". History and architecture go hand in hand in lovely little towns like Klášterec nad Ohrí (29 km, 19th century castle, sculpture park, porcelain museum), the medieval towns of Ostrov (10 km, renaissance baroque palace, castle park) and Kadan (36 km, square, town hall, baroque Trinity pillar, ruins of old walls and a former executioner's house). De grote woning ligt geheel vrij, in een zeer rustige, groene, glooiende omgeving met vrij uitzicht over de weilanden met koeien. Het gehucht telt acht huizen, waaronder een café. De tuin is ca. 1500 m2, met kampvuurplaats, schaduw en zon. Er zijn tuinmeubels en een BBQ. Voor nog meer comfort en een echt vakantiegevoel kunt u van eind mei t/m eind september een duik nemen in het spiksplinternieuwe, grote en verwarmde zwembad. De afmetingen van het zwembad zijn 8,20 x 3,50 x 1.55 (diepte)! Het beroemde Lipnomeer ligt op 800 m van huis, mooier kan echt niet! Naast de rust om het huis begint de toeristische gezelligheid op 2 km: terrassen, restaurants en winkels. In het stadje Horní Planá op 7 km kunnen boodschappen worden gedaan. Bij het huis is voldoende ruimte om te parkeren en ook kunt u gebruik maken van een infrarood-sauna voor 2 personen. Bijzonder geschikt voor groepen tot en met 13 personen en een 1 baby.
The accommodation is situated in an open area, in very peaceful, hilly surroundings with lots of greenery and overlooking a meadows with cows. The hamlet consists of eight houses; one of which is a cafe. The garden has an area of about 1500 m2 and includes a fireplace. Here you will find lots of shady and sunny places. There is also garden furniture, a barbecue and for even more comfort and a real holiday feeling you can enjoy the brand new large heated swimming pool (from the end of May till the end of September). The dimensions of the pool are 8.20 x 3.50 x 1.55 (depth)! The famous Lipno Lake is just 800 meters away, isn´t this great? After unwinding in the vicinity of the house, the tourist bustle begins in 2 km with terraces, restaurants and shops. In the small town of Horni Plana, 7 km away, you can do your shopping. At the house there is ample space for parking and also you can use an infrared sauna for 2 persons. This accommodation is suitable for groups of up to 13 people + one baby.

The lush green, slightly hilly environment at the house, overlooking the mountains, is particularly suitable for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. The routes are signposted or described in the guest book. Lake Lipno, with a length of 45 km, is the largest lake in the Czech Republic. At a distance of 2 or 3 km, there is a beach and a playground. At and around the lake there are many activities such as fishing (fishing boats can be rented at a distance of 3 km), swimming, [catamaran] sailing, surfing and canoeing. All accessories, including bicycles, can be found within a radius of 2 to 7 km. There is the Šumava nature area which borders Germany, and the town of Cesky Krumlov (23 km) is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list. There are antique shops, galleries, Bohemian crystal, terraces on the water and a castle. The Vlatva River flows through the city, so boat rides are also possible. It is ideal also for whitewater rides.

In and around Harrachov there is plenty to do. A small selection of possibilities: the unique cog railway which runs between Harrachov and Tanvald, originally the connection between the Czech Republic and Poland, today this railway is a tourist attraction which travels through tunnels and over bridges of the romantic Jizera Mountains. Hiking or biking along the many marked trails through deep woods and past unforgettable views of the mountain ridges. You can also take the 4-seat chairlift to the top of the hill and try the ski jump – it is sure to be an experience! You can bring your bike as well. You can also go mountain biking along the ridges, or quietly enjoy the "Long Hill Road" at the foot of the mountain (A bicycle bus runs every day from Harrachov). For golfers there is a new, challenging 9-hole course waiting for you. Additional sports: tennis courts (100 meters); mini-golf; beach volleyball; and an outdoor and indoor pool. For fans of "adrenaline" sports there is now a center where you can pursue mountain climbing. The Jizera River is an ideal place for rafting and there is even a toboggan run in the vicinity. Sightseeing: Traditionally Harrachov has been famous for its glassworks. Here you will find a room containing historic glass cutting machines and even a glass museum. Direct vanuit de woning kunt u prachtige wandelingen maken over de officiële wandelroutes of vrij in de bossen en dalen. Dat is in Tsjechië gelukkig nog toegestaan. Er zijn tal van fietsroutes uitgezet in het behoorlijk heuvelige landschap. Vissen op karper kan op loopafstand. Wilt U ook vissen in verschillende openbare meren en rivieren, dan heeft u een visvergunning nodig. Er is volop zwemgelegenheid in de nabij gelegen meren of zwembaden. In the vicinity you can take splendid walks or go cycling. There are many possible routes. Would you like to swim and / or have a picnic? There are several swimming pools and lakes in the area. Everything can be found in the vicinity, such as in Havlíčkův Brod, Jihlava, Humpolec, Pelhrimov, Příbyslav, Žďár nad Sázavou (with the Church of Jan Nepomuk, on UNESCO's World Heritage list), Kámen and Lipnice nad Sázavou home to one of the largest castles in the Czech Republic, where the author of the book "The Good Soldier Svejk" lived. In Havlíčkův Brod there is a covered outdoor swimming pool, bowling and horseback riding along with numerous restaurants and entertainment options. Or what about visiting the historic village of "Veselý Kopec" or Western Town "Siklův Mlýn", a "must" for the children. You will find extensive opportunities for cycling, hiking, mountain hiking and climbing on marked trails, horseback riding, swimming, fishing and golf. The winter sports enthusiasts are not short of options here either. Besides unlimited possibilities for cross-country skiing, there are also several ski resorts. The closest is in Aldrov (6 km) with four runs, 4 persons ski lifts, ski school, ski rental, snack bars and night skiing. This resort is ideal for families with children, beginners and advanced skiers. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa and fireplace, a spacious dining area with wooden benches and a table, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils. This floor also has a quadruple bedroom with two double beds, a small basement with a foosball table, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink, as well as a boiler room and a storage room for food.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has access to a terrace. During the winter season, this amounts to approximately €120 - €160 per week of accommodation, and during other times, when it is used only for heating water, it is approximately €25 per week of accommodation. This will be settled at the end of your stay.

A deposit of €150 is payable upon arrival. This will be refunded after your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
