There are over 2,000,000 trees belonging to about 150 tree species, mostly native, forming part of the typical flora of the Mediterranean scrub. Guests can also choose from a number of wellness services in the nearby spas. The lake with all its beauty is waiting for you here. The residence features 145 units spread across two uniquely styled three-story chalets and one six-story building. All three buildings are equipped with elevators, ensuring easy access. The accommodations are thoughtfully integrated into the regional architectural style and range from studio apartments for 3–4 guests to spacious 4-room units that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Our apartments offer a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher) and a bathroom or shower with a toilet. For your entertainment, a television is available in your apartment for an extra charge. Enjoy the stunning views and fresh mountain air from your private balcony or terrace, available with every apartment.

The residence Le Hameau du Borsat is located in Tignes Val Claret, at an altitude of 2100 m, near the funicular which will take you, in just a few minutes, up to the Grande Motte glacier at an altitude of 3050 m.
The 100 apartments of the residence are spread out over 2 adjacent buildings. Shops and ski facilities (ski lifts, French Ski School) are between 50 and 200 m away from your residence.

The ski area
The «Espace Killy» is one of the most famous skiing areas in the world, a true paradise for all types of skiers. It links together Tignes and Val d’Isère, offering a total of 300 km of skiing, divided over 154 slopes (20 green, 67 blue, 41 red, 26 black) and served by 88 ski lifts.
Cross country skiers are also catered for, as the resort has 40 Nordic ski slopes, over a distance of 44 km.
The skiing area will also satisfy your thirst for excitement, with its 6 slalom runs, its 2 snowparks and a half pipe designed for expert snowboarders , with a big air, woops, tight bends and sharp turns.
Tignes skiing area

- 79 slopes over a total of 150 km (8 green - 35 blue - 20 red - 16 black), an area of 5000 hectares.

This holiday park is nestled amidst three stunning natural areas: the Mantingerzand, known for its shifting sands and grazing Scottish Highland cows; the Geeserstroomgebied, a unique and picturesque landscape; and the juniper-filled Mantingerzand. The park gets its name from a Bronze Age relic, the "Bronze Bucket," discovered in Meppen’s Es fields, showcasing the region’s historical allure. The bungalow offers a tranquil and private setting, while still being conveniently close to the park's amenities. Parking is available directly at the bungalow.
Inside, the bungalow features a spacious living room with a cozy wood stove, a dining area, a bar, and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete inventory and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator (without freezer compartment), coffee maker, and kettle.
There are three bedrooms: two large bedrooms, each furnished with a double box spring bed (new in 2022!) measuring 160 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, and a sink, and a third bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed. The bunk bed includes a lower double bed (140 x 200 cm) and an upper single bed (90 x 200 cm).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower (within the bathtub), and a sink. A separate toilet with an additional sink is also available.
For entertainment and connectivity, the bungalow offers Wi-Fi, a radio/CD player, and a TV with CAI. Outdoors, there is a south-facing veranda and a spacious garden complete with garden furniture for your relaxation.

This two-storey house offers a living-dining room open to the kitchen through a bar. Here, you can relax while watching the TV-Sat, enjoying a good reading or having lunch all together. The kitchen is very simple although with all utensils and appliances necessary to cook, like a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and more. The house features 3 bedrooms with a closet each. One is on the main floor and offers a single bed. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and both feature a double bed. All the rooms have an electric radiator for the coldest days, and the two on the top floor also come with a fan. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the first floor and the other outside with a shower. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house, of course, and they are placed at the terrace. We can provide a cot and a high chair in case you are traveling with your baby.At the beach
The location of this accommodation is perfect since it is in urbanization of Puerto de Alcudia which, apart from being a lively area with all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, everything also is all reachable on foot. In addition, in order to visit the nearby towns like Can Picafort, Alcudia or Puerto the Pollensa, the bus stop is only 270 meters away from the property and the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the summer, but you can also drive if you prefer. The town center of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on market days, Tuesdays and Sundays.
