The spacious 95 m² living area, with underfloor heating, consists of an open kitchen, a large dining space, and a generously sized living room with comfortable sofas and chairs arranged around a fireplace. The living room is equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, and a children's play corner.
