The beautiful porch is perfect for enjoying succulent BBQs and leads to the lawn area, with 8 sunloungers and parasols and surrounding the great private chlorine pool -that is 12 x 5 meters and has a water depth from 1.5 to 2 meters.

The next beach, only 10.1 km away, is the incomparable, protected, and paradisaical beach of es Trenc, with crystal clear water and a spectacular system of dunes.

When you enter, you find a rustic and cosy living-dining kitchen -with AC and fireplace- where you can relax whilst watching the TV and after cooking delicious dishes on the ceramic hob and enjoying them at the dining table. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board also are here. There are 4 bedrooms, all with twin beds, a closet and AC. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the rest with a shower. There's another shower bathroom for the rest of the house. Please, note that one of the bedrooms is only accessible from outside the house (from the porch)

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
